Positive People's Health & Wellbeing team are hosting a FREE 2-DAY WORKSHOP!
 
If you are 18+, unemployed and living between Camborne & Saltash, come along on Tuesday 20th & Wednesday 21st September 2022, 10am - 2pm at Treverbyn Hall St Austell
 
We will be providing a FREE lunch on both days, self care activities, optional taster complementary therapy session & self care goody bag
 
Focus on the following topics:
Sleep, good mood food, self care and relaxation
